Staffing Professionals is accepting resumes for Certified or Registered Medical Assistants with a minimum of two (2) years experience in a physician’s office required.  Permanent and temporary positions are currently available in both Sarasota and Manatee County. The Medical Assistant will provide the highest level of customer service to patients in a fast-paced and patient focused environment; accurately and professionally assist physician and/or physician’s assistant, escort patients to exam room, take patient vitals, prepare and clean exam rooms, clean instruments, set-up surgical trays and assist in receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner and perform front office administrative/clerical duties as directed.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.  Prior experience in Dermatology, Gastroenterology or Orthopedics is strongly desired.  $12-$15/hr depending on experience.   

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a physician’s office required


• Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant required


• Current Hepatitis B vaccine required


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment required
