We are currently seeking Insurance Sales Representatives for a prestigious insurance firm that specializes in all lines of personal and commercial insurance. Candidates must have extensive understanding of sales principles, sales techniques, and sales terminology. Advanced understanding of insurance industry, market, and competitors required. Must have insurance sales experience and be licensed to sell insurance in NJ or NY. Experience selling both Commercial and Personal insurance lines a plus. Responsibilities include generating and prospecting new leads as well as maintaining current customers; meet and consult with clients; analyze clients' financial information and insurance needs; prepare and present quotes to clients; provide insurance product recommendations. Must be able to build and maintain client relationships. Candidates must understand principles, techniques, and terminology of insurance. Thorough knowledge of legal regulatory environment in the field of insurance strongly preferred. Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities. Must be a highly motivated, aggressive individual with strong organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate should be an individual of high integrity with an interest in continued personal and professional growth as well as the discipline required for this position.
