Insurance Technology Sales Expert

The successful candidate must possess significant insurance industry experience and a proven track record in a results oriented environment.

 

You need to be a self sufficient, independent, take charge person who enjoys working at a fast, time sensitive pace, while providing tangible, creative solutionsManagement experience selling technology solutions to the insurance industry preferred.

Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful software or technology sales experience in selling to the Insurance industry. 
  • Experience in a technical capacity as an analyst or project manager for clients or partners within the Insurance Industry. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven results managing a sales team.
  • Experience successfully leveraging Solution Selling methodology.
  • Willing to travel approximately fifty percent of the time.
  • Ability to manage a team in Westlake, Ohio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create a Sales & Marketing Plan for the Insurance Industry that will detail the strategy and tactics that the Industry Sales team will execute in order to drive software sales.  This plan should be reviewed with your team every quarter.   
  • To increase OnBase software revenue in the Insurance space.
  • Assist the HSI Sales Team and the HSI channel in the sale of OnBase for the Insurance Solutions Industry.
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to sell OnBase Insurance Solutions directly to prospects.
  • Perform ongoing sales training both individually and with the Industry Team.
  • Identify and participate in the recruitment of new Insurance partners.
  • Collaborate with HSI's Marketing Department to develop appropriate sales collateral (brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, analyst reports) and distribute collateral among the HSI Sales Team and the HSI channel.
  • Collaborate with HSI’s Marketing Department to develop lead-generation campaigns for Insurance Solutions.
  • Master the knowledge and presentation skills relating to the value proposition of the Insurance solution’s value proposition. 
  • Full utilization of internal CRM system and forecasting tools.
  • Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested of you by management.
  • Attend Training.
  • Entertainment of resellers, end users and HSI training classes.
  • Attendance and participation in Trade Shows and other industry related marketing activities.
