CDI Marine Company is a division of CDI Government Services and a leader in providing our clients with high quality, cost effective engineering, design and logistics services in the marine industry.

REQUIREMENT: Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain a security clearance issued by the US Government.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead responsibility for the preparation and tracking of all assigned project schedules; Works with functional management to develop the optimum sequence of work performed on the ship. Supports Planning in development of the build strategy for new construction contracts. Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (resource loaded), Milestone and System Networks with vertical and horizontal logic, ability to develop work around, critical path, float analysis networks utilizing Primavera 6.0 (Preferred).



DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

High School graduate. Two to four years college preferred in a related field.

Education requirements may be substituted by related experience.

Minimum five years technical/craft/planning shipyard experience (ie. Test, Electrical, Pipe, Machinery) (Preferred).

Knowledge of ship systems acquired through military or related experience can be substituted.



COMPUTER SKILLS (PREFERRED):

Microsoft Project

Microsoft Access

Microsoft Excel

Primavera version 5.0/6.0
