Position Summary:

Working from a high level project plan and work breakdown, the Integration Technical Lead will assist our Integration team by driving the detailed task activities necessary to complete development on a large number of interfaces from our managed care information systems and our data warehouse to other internal systems, outside information processing partners, and regulatory compliance agencies.  This role will also be involved with guiding work assignments for integration testing and defect remediation.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10 + years of experience in systems development and integration with a minimum of 2 years helping to lead 
• Strong working knowledge of Informatica data integration tools (preferably with development experience)
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) enterprise service bus concepts (particularly TIBCO) is a plus.
• Experience at coordinating project management activities for a data integration project that exceeds 6 months in duration and 20,000 man-hours of task activities.
• Experience using automated test tools (such as HP Quality Center) to test data integration points.
• Experience with guiding test data development.
• Experience with defect triage activities.
• Experience working with offshore development resources (outsourcing arrangements) is a plus.
• Experience with code migration requirements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience working according to Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) process concepts
