        We are currently seeking a motivated Intel Analyst to join a dynamic team with great potential for growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience will have exceptional troubleshooting and analytical proficiency.

**Please note this position requires an active TS/SCI clearance**

An ideal candidate performs duties as a threat analyst assigned to the Cyber Intelligence Center of the 1st Information Operations Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Correlates threat data from various sources to establish the identity and modus operandi of hackers active in Army networks and posing potential threat to Army networks.
• Provides the customer with assessments and reports facilitating situational awareness and understanding of current cyber threats and adversaries.
• Develops cyber threat profiles based on geographic region, country, group, or individual actors. Produces cyber threat assessments based on entity threat analysis.
• Coordinates cyber threat tracking with sibling U.S. government agencies.
• Uses appropriate applications to produce intelligence summaries, reports, and briefings as directed. Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
• Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
• Provides briefings and presentations to customer leadership supporting Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations decision making.


To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

• Experience conducting research of classified and open source databases, creating visual representations of computer network activity, and drafting and formatting computer network operations intelligence reports;
• Knowledge of the national intelligence cycle; Working knowledge of DoD national and tactical intelligence infrastructures, collection management and intelligence requirements procedures;
• Technical expertise and experience in Digital Network Analysis and the functions and capabilities of common components in IT architectures;
• Incident Handling experience and forensic or digital media analysis training.
• Degree is not required, but desired. Typically the candidate will have 5 years experience with a degree and 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.
