| The Recruiting Team Leader will lead and actively participates in the National Security Division's strategic staffing efforts to include managing a team of 5 Intel recruiters and 1 sourcers. Will work closely with division leaders, recruiting and human resources teams to continually streamline and enhance the staffing life cycle. The Team Leader will partner with hiring managers to develop, implement, and optimize unique and strategic staffing models. Will provide skills and best practices training to recruiting staff and hiring managers. Will also be responsible for performing internal audits to ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Supports business development and proposal efforts. Provides full lifecycle recruiting support for executive level positions. Participates in the implementation and adoption of a web-based applicant tracking system. | |
Experience leading government contractor recruiting teams within the Intel space. Experience developing and managing budgets. Knowledge of major employment regulations including those relating to government contractors and publicly held companies. Proficiency with MS Office application software and Applicant Tracking Systems required.
US Citizenship is required for this position. |
