Intellectual Property Project Manager
About the Job
We are currently recruiting for an Intellectual Property Project Manager in DC, Chicago, LA or New York! A primary responsibility of this role is to manage projects associated with the transition of new patent and trademark partners into the firm. These projects require the management of cross-departmental teams who are responsible for the import and conversion of patent and trademark docket data, notification of the Patent & Trademark Office, the creation of client/matter information, and the conversion of physical and electronic records. The project manager will be responsible for establishing timelines and due dates, assigning and following up on tasks, communicating with the team and with stakeholders, and for ensuring timely completion of the project. The project manager will also help facilitate technical and operational tasks. In addition, the project manager will be the point of contact for the new partners, and ensure that specific questions and problems are communicated to appropriate team members. It is likely that there will be concurrent projects, requiring the management of multiple teams and project plans. The project manager will also work on other projects within the Intellectual Property Department as assigned. For consideration, please send your resume to resumes@trakrecordsandlibrary.com .
