Intelligence Analyst

Position Description: The Lead Intelligence Analyst (Multi-Disciplined) provides leadership and subject matter expertise for on-site NGC personnel executing on the ATEP contract providing supervision and event analysis as well as phenomenology analysis and improvement recommendations. The supervisor will conduct in-depth analysis of data collected by sensors (both National and Airborne) and assist in the production of intelligence products for NASIC's customers in the intelligence and warfighting communities. The lead analyst will work on-site at NASIC with Government customers and other contractors. NASIC has a tradition of providing the Air Force with unmatched skills and tools in the exploitation of GEOINT/MASINT and AGI data and NASIC products are recognized for their quality throughout the intelligence community. Prospective applicants should have experience analyzing remote sensor data from a variety of sources, including National as well as airborne sensors (SAR, Spectral, Thermal, GMTI, etc.). Platform design and knowledge is a definite plus. Military experience in this area is highly preferred. If no technical degree, then applicants should possess working knowledge in the areas of Electro-Optics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or other closely related disciplines. Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment.

The following are the Basic Qualifications for the position: 9+ years of experience directly related to this position and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Writing, speaking and facilitating skills. Broad knowledge of Thermal Infrared, Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), multispectral and Ground Moving Target Indicator Forensic (GMTIF) analysis systems. Provide direction on activities in accordance with organizational goals, identify and document customer’s use of GEOINT/MASINT and recommend avenues to increase support, author sensor test plans and evaluation reports, understand how to emplace, collect and interpret sensor data. The ability to clearly and effectively communicate information and comply with customer requirements. The ability to adapt to various internal procedures. The ability to envision entire projects or planning initiatives from start to finish, and have the ability to ensure that vision is realized. Must be a self starter and have strong leadership skills. Must be willing to travel - domestic and international. U.S citizenship. Requires a current and active TS/SCI SSBI security clearance.

Desired Assets: Advanced Degree. Current, valid U.S. passport. Experience with COTS/GOTS exploitation tools (RemoteView, MTIX, ISR Forensics, ENVI, ERDAS Imagine). Completion of DoD level exploitation Courses. Experience in sensor exploitation. Training experience.
