Key Role:
Provide Naval intelligence course instructional system design and develop and convert the curriculum to blended learning, including combined interactive multimedia instruction and instructor led training solutions, in support of the Center for Naval Intelligence/Navy- Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center. Provide current functional subject matter expertise in Navy training and Naval intelligence support to strike warfare in support of those efforts and work with human performance, instructional systems design, and curriculum development experts. Develop cross-matrixed client support efforts in the areas of intelligence and intelligence training for other Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint Forces clients located in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Suffolk Virginia and support building Booz Allen Hamilton and Norfolk Office Training, Education, and Performance Solutions (TEPS) in intellectual capital.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Navy Intelligence Specialist (IS) NEC 3923, a Strike Warfare Intelligence Analyst, or a Naval Intelligence Officer
-Experience with Operational Naval Intelligence support to Strike Warfare mission planning, target analysis, target development, or target aim point mensuration
-Experience with supporting a carrier strike group, carrier air wing, squadron, or the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center
-Experience with Global Command and Control Systems - Maritime (GCCS-M) strike warfare support applications, the Precision Targeting Workstation (PTW), and the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS)
-Experience with Navy training in either course curriculum development or instruction within the last five years required
-Active Secret clearance required
-AA or AS degree required
 
Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with Naval Mission Planning Systems (NMPS) software applications
-Experience with the Digital Point Positioning Database (DPPDB)
-Knowledge of the JSIPS-N Concentrator Architecture (JCA)
-Knowledge of the Imagery Product Library (IPL)
-Knowledge of Navy weaponeeering concepts and processes
-Navy Master Training Specialist Qualification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
