TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM) is the largest local search marketing agency, offering online, offline and mobile advertising solutions to top national brands. Combining its years of success in Yellow Pages advertising with online search expertise gained as a former unit of Monster Worldwide, TMPDM serves hundreds of national advertising clients, including more than 100 Fortune 500 companies.


 


We are searching for a highly motivated Interactive Account Executive.  In this role you will be involved in heavy client contact and your primary responsibility will be for providing expert consultation to said base of assigned clients with ultimate financial responsibility for account growth, retention and customer satisfaction.


 


This consultation will include online marketing program development, analysis, strategy and tactical implementation of assigned clients/campaigns in the areas of internet yellow pages; paid search; organic search optimization; social marketing; local listing management and potentially direct and e-mail campaigns.


 


Specific duties will encompass extensive internal and client collaboration to develop, recommend and gain agreement on strategic direction of direct response methodologies across portals/sites; financial and non-financial publisher placements; search engines and SEO marketing campaigns.


 


The chosen candidate will be able to consult and deliver on modeling; pro forma forecasting; budgeting; customer segmentation, monitoring, reporting and optimization of success metrics.


 


Requirements:


*    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.


*    6+ years of business experience, 2+ of which were directly related to online customer acquisition.


*    Experience with Pay-for-Performance and optimization technologies in a direct marketing environment.


*    Prior experience with Return-On-Ad-Spend Accountability preferred.


*    Working knowledge of Internet business models, as well as of account management concepts, practices and procedures.


*    PC proficiency with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Intra/Internet tools (browser, etc.)


*    Demonstrated financial and analytical skills.


*    Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.


*    Demonstrated leadership skills.


*    Strong project management skills.


*    Excellent relationship skills.


*    High achievement / results orientation.


*    Excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office.


*    Must be organized and be able to multi-task.


*    Prior Interactive experience required.
