As our Interactive Design Manager, based in Las Vegas, your primary mission will be to apply your seasoned web designer skills to conceptualize and execute outstanding layout, visual appearance, and usability of websites while forming a productive creative partnership with our visual designers, producers and front-end developers. You will:

• Use your sound knowledge of interface design principles and brand identity to enable you to effectively send the right message to our target audience
• Apply your Joomla! CMS experience as that is our platform of choice for revising web content
  
• Leverage your technical proficiency using Photoshop and Fireworks for design layout, CSS/XHTML for creating templates, and Dreamweaver for coding, to ensure that the sites you create are functional and free of bugs
• Apply your solid experience with Flash including ActionScript 2.0 or higher to enhance our Flash content applications and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Web is ideal
• Have an expert 'eye' for design as well as code to is key to your success
• Utilize your leadership skills to ensure deadlines are met, work effectively in a fast-paced environment and promote a constructive atmosphere for idea exploration and creativity
• Apply your outstanding communication skills, problem solving ability and team management aptitude to add equal important to your design experience and skills
