Requirements:

Strong analytical skills
Business analysis experience
Data Governance and/or Data Management experience required
5-7 years Banking experience
Intermediate Programming language (SQL, etc.)
Ability to build repeatable data oversight process  (including reconciliation, validation, integrity checks)
Able to work independently
Able to self train
Able/Willing to learn a new tool set (e.g., Datanomics Dn Director)
Develop presentation quality reporting for Executive Management
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Flexible/adaptable to change
Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self starter
Team player 
Good documentation skills
