Job Qualifications:

We seek candidates that are either currently enrolled in or have graduated from a four-year university.  ALL MAJORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY:  finance experience is not required.  Ideal candidates will be intelligent, hardworking, professional, and eager to learn about the private equity industry.  Additionally, they will have strong communication skills, be reliable/responsible, and take pride in their work.

Job Description:

Interns support a deal team by researching potential acquisition candidates and/or Fortune 500 CEOs for our blue chip list of private equity group clients.  This important work is the initial step in a process that leads to $10-250 million buyouts or recapitalizations of middle market businesses.  Interns utilize primarily on-line databases (ex. Lexis-Nexis), the internet, and our own proprietary database in the research process.
