The Sales Marketing Intern will report to the Director of Sales Marketing, and will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day sales and marketing projects that range from general administrative duties to writing copy for sales collateral. The position will have the opportunity to work with various departments within MindSpark and support the sales marketing team through marketing campaigns and research. 
 
Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive research (compile marketing materials, rates, demographic info, etc.)
• Assist with site traffic and metric reporting (compiling data, creating charts, etc.)
• Support Sales Marketing team with category and client presentations (build charts, create slides, etc.)
• Research industry publications and websites, and help determine relevant conferences and events
• Assist with promotional efforts such as ordering premiums, organizing mailings, assisting with special events and conferences
• General administrative duties

Requirements
To be eligible for a Mindspark internship, you must be registered as a student in good standing at an accredited college or university in the New York or Tri-State area and be eligible to earn college credit.  The registration must apply for the full duration of the internship.
 
You should also: 

• Be a current undergraduate college student, preferably studying Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Exel
