Job Responsibilities Include:

·        Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquires promptly and assuring staff members do the same, along with coordinating incoming calls, faxes and emails.

·        Responsible for order processing and service-related issues with assigned accounts. Follow assigned accounts closely to assure that on time delivery is maintained or that the customer is informed promptly should there be a delay.

·        Input and maintain quotes, orders, specifications and other changes into the system.

·        Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; assist in determining the cause of the problem; assist in selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.

·        Coordinate with relevant departments on expedites, reschedules, new items, partial shipments, and any special customer requirements.

·        Coordinate closely with Sales to gain orders and solve any issues with the customer.

·        Prepare customer related reports using Microsoft Excel.

·         Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of related experience. While manufacturing experience is preferred, it is not required. More important is your aggressive, pleasant, ‘can do’ attitude. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
