Internal Wholesaler - PBS - Topeka, KS

Job Purpose/Role
This is an inside sales position working with independent financial planners from across the country. If you enjoy the challenge of sales and being compensated for your abilities, this may be the opportunity for you. Being comfortable on the phone is a must. Our growth constantly generates the need for more leaders, and our desire is to promote from within to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities
Recruit New Advisors to PBS:
-Contribute to the overall growth of PBS through a concentrated focus on recruiting new advisors with core companies.

Relationship Building for Core Carrier Contracting:
-Advisor production levels and retention increase substantially when licensed with multiple core companies. Focus to be placed on Allianz and other core carriers as determined through business prioritization.

Profile New Advisors:
-Newly recruited advisors to PBS shall be profiled with no less than a 90% frequency. All areas (Annuity, Life, Long Term Care, and Securities) shall be compiled and will be verified by the sales directors in each respective division.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
-Extensive knowledge about PBS and our values
-Product design and suitability knowledge regarding annuities, life insurance, and long-term care insurance
-Basic knowledge of all industry sectors operating in by PBS
-Exceptional verbal communication skills
-Consistently pass training exams

Education:
-College degree required or equivalent sales/industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Ability to sell over the phone
-Ability to use PC and several software packages
