CAREER OPPORTUNITY
As a member of MWV’s Consumer & Office Products Group, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the daily order fulfillment process for assigned international regions from order receipt to delivery.
HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV
As an International Customer Service Representative, you will handle all daily activities associated with the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery which includes duties related to order entry, order review, and order tracking while ensuring customer satisfaction with our order fulfillment process through timely execution of daily job assignments summarized below. Additional accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve price discrepancies, resolving inventory shortages, tracking & expediting shipments, determining container loading, and processing returns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by developing an in-depth understanding of customer processes, procedures and expectations regarding order fulfillment
- Provide timely and accurate response to customer and sales force inquiries
- Resolve internal issues that are adversely impacting the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide proactive communication to customers, sales, and manufacturing
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Associates degree in business or related field is required, a Bachelors degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or inside sales
- Import/export and international experience is desirable
- Strong bilingual verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of NAFTA and CAFTA a plus
- Understanding of International Financial Instruments (Letters of Credit)
- Understanding of Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel is preferred
- Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning ERP system and how it affects the supply chain is required
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
- Travel is minimal, less than 5% to domestic manufacturing facilities
