International Project Manager
You will be directly responsible to oversee an enterprise physical security project. To successfully manage and deliver this project, you will be required to develop and implement this effort which includes, but not be limited to, the following; - Master Schedule with Work Breakdown Structure
- Security Design and Installation Plan
- Transition Plan
- Quality Control Plan
- Configuration Management Plan
- Training Plan
- Monthly Progress Reporting Plan and an Installation Plan
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 90 - 100% Travel is required
· Ten (10) years of Physical Security Project Management experience · Documented work experience in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, North Africa region) a plus. · Experience with training, safety, physical security, anti-terrorism, and force protection systems · Experience, certification, operation, and security engineering and design of Physical Security, (e.g. Access Control, Video Management and IP Cameras systems, Intrusion Detection, Wireless communications, etc.) · Ability to work with Security Consultants and Manufacturers to design solutions. · Good written and verbal communication, listening and technical/non-technical presentation skills for an array of different audiences; · Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment REQUIREMENTS · BS degree or equivalent experience · Industry Certification in security (i.e PSP desired) · Demonstrated experience in Consulting or technical presales · Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills · Possession of excellent facilitation, analytical, and quantitative skills CIBER, Inc.
