International Project Manager, Trados, LocStudio

Job Description:
Our client is an internationally familiar software company seeking a qualified Localization Program Manager with Trados and LocStudio experience.

Scope of Work:

• Create and maintain localization plan and schedule, and communicate/publish information to appropriate parties
  
• Communicate any plan/schedule information change to appropriate parties
  
• Coordinate with other teams to manage external dependencies
  
• Follow the established process setup for the localization program management tasks
  
• Drive the localization project to ensure timely and quality delivery
  
• Work with IPM to investigate any blocking issues for the projects and help drive them to resolution
  
• Use the available automations and tools to create software and documentation Localization Kit (LocKit)
  
• Coordinate SW and Documentation QA efforts with linguistic QA vendors and/or subs
  
• Triage and drive bugs to resolutions
  
• Collaborate and participate in the internal/external project post-mortem
  
• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the project information web pages
  
• Provide regular status reports to PM

• At least 3 years of experience in Localization Program Management
  
• Hands-on experience with localization tools: Trados and LocStudio
  
• Good organizational skills
  
• Ability to work well under pressure
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Strong spoken and written English
  
• Knowledge/Native speaker of a language other than English a plus
