• A proven track record in the insurance industry                   
• 1+ years of Sales and marketing experience
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment       
• Bi-lingual language skills, although not required, these skills are a plus

Through IMG’s training program; we will assist you in developing or enhancing the necessary skills to achieve sales success & growth as you:
• Work over the phone in a team oriented inside sales environment
• Prospect, contract and develop new insurance agent, agency or carrier distribution channels
• Attend conferences and conventions to develop new business relationships (up to 25% approximate travel)
