International Student Service Representative
Zoni Language Centers, a world leader in international language education is seeking a FT Multilingual International sales/customer service professional (preferably Spanish/Korean/Japanese/French/Italian) for an immediate opportunity in Manhattan. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule. Individual will have the opportunity to interact within a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible to interact with students to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and/or services with high quality of customer service
- Resolve and handle student requests, questions and complaints by thoroughly analyzing each situation to determine best use of resources
- Plan, organize and coordinate recreation/extra-curricular activities and events for the students
- Coordinate and make arrangements for students accommodations and hotel reservations in all campuses according to students requirements and needs excluding Manhattan campus
- Answer telephone calls
- Prepare reports
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and other languages preferably Spanish/Korean/Japanese/French/Italian
- Able to work flexible hours
- 1 year experience in Customer Service or great interpersonal skills
- Motivated self starter
- Enthusiastic
- Organized
- Detail-oriented
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Base hourly rate + Commission
