District Manager (Harris County)

·         Must have sales management experience, district-level management experience preferred.

·         Should have insurance industry experience. Insurance license a plus.

·         Must have ability to read financial statements such as P&L statements, sales projections, indicator reports, etc.

·         College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

·         Strong management background.

·         Ability to lead and inspire sales staff.

·         Proven success in management and sales.
