Eautoworks.com is seeking an Internet Marketing Manager to manage our online marketing projects and programs.

Summary of Position:

This position would manage our online marketing efforts.  Includes management of processes, budgets, goals, performance, accountability and profit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategy for our online retail company to grow and become a dominant online force.
• Direct the day to day operations of our web development and marketing efforts.
• Research and improve all aspects of our online business.
• Web development management to grow and utilize the latest available technology to be a leader online.
• Increase online conversion rates through organic, SEO, SEM marketing.

Qualifications:

• Hands on and tactical.
• Must be able to create and execute strategies for growth.
• Strong skills in customer relationship, budgeting, performance evaluations,  and online marketing.
• Have a thorough understanding of the needs of a website to support growth.  
• Experience and an understanding of best practices in ecommerce design, conventions, and technologies including web 2.0+ approaches and methods.
• Proven leadership and management skills and experience.
• The talent to work with executive management in outlining high level strategies and goals.
• Should have high energy and possess courage, creativity and perseverance.
• Ability to work with a group of individuals who are passionate about our industry.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA college degree required.
• Automotive enthusiast a plus!
