Reporting to the VP Business Development of this regional construction company this role is responsible for internal and external marketing efforts with an emphasis on long term business development and relationship building within the broader construction-affiliated industry.
Experience required:
3-5 years experience in a Marketing or sales role supporting a Sales or Business Development effort. General knowledge of marketing processes and materials, CRM software, web site management and written communications. Experience identifying and developing new sales leads through participation in industry associations and affiliated professional organizations.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for
1. establishing relationships with key associations, architects, engineers, financial institutions, and other parties and organizations who influence the selection of construction companies prior to bids.
2. coordinating internal marketing efforts including website management, updating project information and photos, centralizing CRM efforts, and assisting with project proposals.
