LEARNING OBJECTIVES / EXPECTATIONS FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS:
1. Learn to work with a growing team with evolving expectations.
2. Hands-on experience in supporting the product content for both Penncare’s retail and wholesale shopping cart systems.
3. Ability to handle a project from inception to implementation.
4. High-level understanding of Penn Care’s diverse product offerings.
5. Ability to communicate with a broad customer base, via live chat, email and on the phone.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn to work with Penn Care ecommerce and in-house order entry/accounting systems.
• Deliver finished projects within established timelines.
• Manage client expectations when applicable.
• Train clients on how to use both retail and platinum shopping carts systems.
• Work with the Penn Care sales management team to develop, implement and support a comprehensive telesales and ecommerce marketing strategy.
• Interface with and manage outside vendors as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Marketing major or comparable experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office based products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Must be team oriented as well as self-motivated enough to be able to work with little supervision.
• Hours must be worked from the corporate HQ location in Niles, Ohio from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
