Internet Recruitment Consultant, Retention, Staffing Vertical
Essential Functions: Manage and grow a sales territory of active and lapsed customers, via telephone sales, in order to: · Build relationships and improve customer retention · Increase sales and grow customer wallet share · Ensure a superior customer experience · Make outbound calls and proactive touches (ex. email) that align with the individual account strategy and agreed upon touch plans. Effectively use voicemail messages to drive call-backs · Generate customer awareness and interest in Monster’s full suite of products and services. Leverage Monster’s value proposition. Up-sell and cross-sell · Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, handle objections, negotiate prices and close sales over the phone · Conduct online product demonstrations, as needed · Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quota and other sales performance objectives · Consistently meet or exceed productivity objectives, ex. number of outbound calls, talk time · Manage and maintain a detailed, accurate and growing pipeline at least 2X assigned quota. Forecast accuracy within 5% of actual monthly results · Leverage internet tools, ex. Hoovers, Google, to complete research on companies as appropriate · Update, through “data entry” account touches, quotes, orders and customer contact information in the CRM enterprise system. Accountable to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all updates · As business and/or customer needs dictate, partners with Sales Reps within and across districts, regions and verticals to “team” on select Monster customer and prospect accounts. Helps develop teaming strategy to drive sales revenue and improve the customer experience. Follows agreed upon touch plan and coverage approach · Maintain a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicate this information to management on a regular basis. · Ensure a superior customer experience with Monster by addressing customer questions or concerns and demonstrating empathy · Maintain and build relationships with Monster’s Global Customer Service department to ensure customer needs are satisfied in a timely fashion, per their expectations and contractual agreements · Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree preferred · At least 2 – 5 years of sales account management experience. Experience should be in an outbound transactional call environment · Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through growing existing customer accounts, cross-selling and up-selling · A customer advocate who is able to quickly develop rapport and trust with customer contacts and increase customer retention · Able to uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price and close sales on the phone · Able to work in a team environment, working together with colleagues to meet business goals · Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment · Computer literate with strong keyboard skills. Previous experience using CRM software desired · Internet savvy. Able to use multiple internet tools to assist with customer research · Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel · High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility · Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
