About the Job
InternetSalesMGR.com ( http://www.InternetSalesMGR.com ) is a web based tool that helps media companies sell and manage their web site advertising inventory. InternetSalesMGR.com (ISM) is seeking a team of aggressive sales people to work from home. Successful candidates may live anywhere in the United States.This position is a telephone sales position.Telemarketing experience is a plus. Successful candidates will not call on prospects face to face. As an Account Manager for InternetSalesMGR.com you will be expected to prospect and call on media companies (TV, Radio and Newspaper) all over the United States. Successful candidates have the potential to make up to $200,000 annually when revenue goals are surpassed.
Compensation Plan (Commission Only)
- Account Manager (AM) will earn 15% on gross sales
- Quarterly bonus of $7,500 paid to AM when quarterly revenue goals are surpassed
- Additional quarterly bonus of $7,500 will be paid when AM surpasses 150% of quarterly revenue plan
- Bonuses will not exceed $15,000 per quarter/ $60,000 per year
- AM commission will be paid on receivables every two weeks
- Bonuses will be paid on receivables once a quarter
- AM will be an independent contractor and responsible for their own taxes
- InternetsalesMGR.com does NOT reimburse for phone, Internet or travel (if any) expenses
What ISM will do
- Commitment: You have our commitment that the clients you bring in will be happy with the program.
- Weekly training: Internet ad sales, ISM product and features and prospect advice.
- Research and Information: We can provide Internet advertising growth, trends, rate card information and much more to make you a true Internet ad consultant.
ISM Job responsibilities
- Call on all newspaper, TV and radio stations in North America over the phone
- Surpass monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Act as an Account Manager before, during and after the sale
- Train managers and sales staffs how to use ISM either over the phone via GoTo Meeting account
- Be the sole contact for the clients you bring in for all their ISM needs
