Intraoperative/Neuro Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform SSEP's/MEP monitoring during surgical cases for spine and neuro, routine EEG's, cerebral death EEG's, Evoked Potentials (BAER,VER,SEP's), NCV/EMG's in accordance with guidelines set forth by (ABRET). Perform all clerical duties including archiving studies and charging. Assist in performing EKG procedures when necessary. Participate in any facility or departmental process improvement activities/initiatives that may be required. Assume department call coverage rotation as required.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Education/ GED
BLS
2 to4 years experience in Intraoperative / Neurodiagnostic
Registry in Neurodiagnostics /ABRET/CNIM within one year
