Inventory Analysis Coordinator
The Inventory Analysis Coordinator coordinates cycle count activities through the sales representatives. Reconciles the cycle count results, and takes appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.
Major Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Identifies and tracts exceptions to field inventory policy.
- Using available systems including SAP, researches product issues including billing, field replenishments, field transfers, and returning product from the field.
- Conducts field inventory availability searches by contacting sales representatives to ascertain individual’s need for particular product being held.
- Interfaces with sales representatives concerning the status of products (shipped, received, availability, etc…) Contacts typically involve frequent exchange of information or providing of a service to all levels of personnel within the Sales Organization, Finished Goods, Warehouse, Materials Management, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Sales Administration and Manufacturing.
- Interfaces with Shipping and Customer Service to track and troubleshoot discrepancies with inventory transactions
- Participates as team member, and maintains a positive attitude in stressful situations
Education and Training:
- Inventory Analysis Coordinator must be fluent in MS Word, Excel, and Office.
- Minimum of 2+ years related customer service, purchasing, material management, or warehouse experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or Material Request Planning (MRP)
- Experience with SAP (specifically MIGO transactions) a plus
