Inventory Control Associate II
JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal Inventory Control Associate II will have one year of warehouse or inventory control experience as well as six months customer service experience. The primary function of the Inventory Control Associate II is to monitor the flow of inventory throughout the facility ensuring accuracy by location and the facility as a whole.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, set up, monitor, and report on physical inventories
- Monitor and report accuracy of system or customer generated cycle counts
- Reconciles inventory
- Performs scheduled and on demand cycle counts
- Identifies inventory variances
- Act as the primary customer contact on one or more accounts
- Report and correct warehouse errors and inventory discrepancies
- A thorough understanding of all system generated reports with the ability to identify report solutions in response to client issues; the ability to determine when customization is required.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months strong customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 1 year Inventory Control/Warehouse experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.
- Rapid and accurate data entry skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 applications. MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required; knowledge of MS Access and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
