This position will be responsible for auditing the cycle count adjustments at the site, auditing the inventory accuracy of raw/packs stores at the site and insuring proper inventory accuracy business processes are being followed.  Will be the Data & Inventory Control Key User, additional Data & Inventory Control Key User responsibilities include: monitoring site business process conformance and reporting business process issues, implementing process continuous improvements, supporting local implementation of SAP / MES upgrades, training end users, and providing ideas for regional functional requirements.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Overall support SAP Inbound implementation related to supply chain inbound functionality


• Site resource in WARS scrap reporting system implementation


• Identify and support process gap correction with support from project team


• Primary resource on data cleansing in current MANMAN system ensuring processes and system in an position to effectively and efficiently cover the SAP Inbound transition


• Key resource in system set-up prior to data conversion


• Help identify and implement opportunities for prior to go-live implementation


• Implement process changes to ensure overall site readiness


• Participate in regular and ad hoc project meetings


• Raise issues to Site Champion and project team


• Support teaching and knowledge growth across the site


• Participate in project milestones


• Support site communication and education   


• Facilitate knowledge transfer to end users through training sessions on business process and system changes


• Coordination and support delivery of site training


• Support Go-Live site planning and metric communication to project team


• Backup to other logistics rolls as required

• High functional knowledge of Inventory & Inventory Control Business Processes


• Understanding of MRP Site Data & Site Change Control business processes


• Uderstanding of MANMAN, MES, Waste systems (including WARS), and VLM


• Proficient use of computers, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation software


• Excellent math skills and troubleshooting skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to effectively train skills and transfer knowledge to user community


• Willingness to travel to gain knowledge/ learn new skill sets and share with others


• Ability to work independently as well as effectively work within a team setting


• Lean and gain commitment to system and process changes across all levels at the site, coordinate improvement efforts while driving the implementation of change

Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing enviroment utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software to identify, track, amd solve operations issues
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, specific to MRP, managing inventories, BOM's, and order modifiers

Ability to travel 20% of the time

High school diploma or GED

Successful completion of a drug and background screen

Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain with material movement focus

Working with SMS/ VMI relationships in an MRP enviroment, with focus on troubleshooting system transactional errors
4 year degree in Computer, Controls, Math Sciences, Material Management, and/ or Logistics
