KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Manage the end to end lifecycle of the product(s) including
-Forecast launch quantities and channel fill to support sell thru and merchandising requirements
-Day to day management of inventory / replenishment needs collaborating with the partner(s) and Intuit’s supply chain and management of a ladder plan
-Manage end of life inventory reconciliation which would include our on site destruction program
-Identify inventory opportunities and or new processes or tools that would enable sell thru growth
-Ability to present and communicate out a summary of inventory status and provide actionable recommendations
*Drive cost efficiencies and profitability for our partners and for Intuit
-Forecast & Execution of right product, right place, right time in service to sell thru goals and advertising events
-Analyze and identify opportunities for increased inventory turns and lower return rates
-Partner and support Intuit Account Leader and Account Marketing Manager on key strategies to drive growth
-Partner and support Retail Partner Inventory team on key company strategies
*Manage and build internal and external customer relationships
-Understand who to go to for what in order to meet the needs of all your customers
-Create win / win opportunities for both Intuit customers and external partners through communication and flawless executables
-Prioritize and balance between the changing needs of the business and current processes and requirements.
-Liaison between Intuit Supply Chain and external partner
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
*College degree and five years of related experience in the Retail Channel
*Knowledge of:
-emand Management/Forecasting Tools
-Forecasting Processes in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
-Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues
*Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills
*Knowledge of retail math and basic statistics
*Strong analytical skills/demonstrated ability
*Ability to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Intermediate to advanced Spreadsheet knowledge
*Excellent customer service skills
*Able to remain calm and flexible under intense deadlines, work in a fast paced environment
*Knowledge of retail environment
*Ability to Travel
