Inventory Manager
As the Inventory Manager (Pet Product Manager), your primary responsibility is to ensure that product is displayed and available for the customer. It will be your responsibility to coordinate and ensure product is on the sales floor in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure the health and safety of the pets in our care
- Replenishment of dog and cat consumables and hard goods
- Ensure positive customer experience
- Develop your team: coaching, training, performance reviews, etc.
- Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as well as opening/closing the store
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years related experience working in a retail environment
- Minimum two years management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Comfortable operating various systems including: Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
- Control shrink through proper receiving practices
- Process freight in an accurate and timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
