This boutique investment firm is seeking a top-producer with an established book-of- business and established work history. This position will allow you to provide personalized attention to your clients delivering qualitative, innovative investment solutions to increase their wealth and preserve capital. Responsibilities:
- Access client’s objectives and provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning; evaluate risk tolerance.
- Monitors clients' financial situation by tracking changes in wealth and life circumstances; analyzing financial plan results; identifying and evaluating new financial strategies; recommending changes in goals and plans.
- Obtain clients' commitment by explaining proposed financial plans and options; explaining advantages and risks; providing explanations; alleviating concerns; answering questions.
Build client relationships based upon developing strategies that meet their financial goals through the use of financial planning and wealth management.
- Market services by presenting financial planning seminars; maintain personal networks; asking for referrals from current clients; meet prospects at community functions; participate in professional organizations.
- Update job knowledge by tracking financial markets, general economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities; research new financial products.
Compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Successful track record as Financial Advisor a minimum of 5-10 years
Series 7, Series 63, Life/Health/Variable Annuity
Assets under management $15million minimum
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
Clean compliance record
Entrepreneur mindset
Professional demeanor and strong understanding of the importance of building good relationships
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills
