A leading global investor relations’ agencies is seeking a Senior Account Manager to be based our Beijing office. This position offers an opportunity to work with leading publicly traded clients in a variety of industries. We are looking for a senior counselor with extensive capital market experience either investor relations or a related field such as equity research who wants to grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This will be a leadership position and candidate is expected to provide a leadership role in client relationship management, mentoring and training of junior staff, and business development in the Greater China region.
This position requires an ability to act as a key point of contact for public company senior management and provide counseling on a range of investor relations and capital markets issues. Candidate should be able to write clearly about complex business issues over a variety of industries communicating accurately under tight deadlines; the successful candidate also combines strong research and analytical abilities to display a solid understanding of financial statements and securities analysis.
Qualifications
Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communications skills are essential. Securities, business and top-tier writing background required; MBA or CFA is a plus. Strong experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point presentations is functionally necessary. We feel that a person with a background (academic or on the job training) in finance and/or securities analysis will be well suited to this job.
You should have a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in investor relation or as an equity analyst or related field In addition you should be able to display a professional demeanor in fast-paced environment, have strong phone presence, and disciplined time management. Desire to develop investor relations consulting skills and absolute integrity are requirements for this position.Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a big plus.
