About the Job
This position is responsible for overseeing all water management and lighting operational functions at the site including sales, customer service, merchandising and maintenance of products.

- Training activities for other site employees across product lines.
- Lead sales activities for the water management and lighting product lines.
- Daily order processing for all irrigation, lighting, drainage and pond product sales to ensure quick and efficient customer service.
- Ongoing sales, service and training to customer base.
- Management of product mix and inventory levels to meet customer needs and company financial objectives.
- Achievement of ongoing sales/profit objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of solid irrigation & lighting product experience.
- Strong contracting/wholesale sales background.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and team orientation.
- Support other product lines and site customer service activities.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions; both heat and cold.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance routinely throughout the course of the work day.
- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the body mechanics associated with safe lifting techniques and knowledge of principles of strain & sprain prevention.
- Perform functions of position standing approximately 95% of day.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.
