Must be able to support the general cleaning operations by managing teams and by maintaining resort and property quality standards for public areas, kitchens and rooms
We have a strong and stable client base and are looking for a dynamic leader to take our business to the next lever, both in increased business and excellence
* Manage and lead cleaning teams for multiple properties.
* Must have computer skills including Word Excel and Power Point and are able to manager financial aspectsincluding budgeting, inventory and reporting.
* Participates in daily operations including team supervision and inspections of properties
* Able to prioritize multiple tasks and have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detailed oriented
* Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions
* Financial management experience required
* Have strong knowledge and experience base of cleaning, housekeeping and the hospitality industry
* Able to communicate clearly with clients and team, both verbally and in writing.
* Willing to sell, bid and present to potential clients
* Bridge builder with a great attitude
* Willing to coach and to coach others
