As a loan  closer, you will be responsible for ensuring all required closing documents are executed properly and curative actions taken immediately for any deficiencies.  You will also be responsible for stacking documents, as well as copying and shipping files within the established time frame.  You will maintain copy files of shipped loans and assist in resolution of post closing exceptions.

This is a temporary position (length of assignment to be determined)
 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $15.77 an hour

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 years mortgage document experience.


• Ability to perform well under pressure.


• Possess good communication skills both written and verbal.


• Ability to perform basic computer funtions.


• Good organization skills and be detail oriented.


• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
