Let us help you turn your retirement dreams into reality with the Yum! 401k Plan! Yum! will match your contribution $1 for $1 on up to 6% of your eligible pay, doubling your initial investment! (Eligible after 6 months of employment and an average of 15 hours worked weekly) Tuition Reimbursement Program: You can receive up to $4,000 per calendar year for qualified courses in a job-related undergraduate or graduate degree. (Eligible after 6 months of employment) Child Care: Yum! associates are immediately eligible to receive up to a 10% discount on weekly tuition at some of the nation’s leading providers of quality childcare: La Petite Academy, Childtime, The Goddard School, The Children’s Courtyard and Tutor Time. Automobile Discounts: As a Yum! associate you have the opportunity to save hundreds - even thousands on the purchase or lease of select vehicles through the Ford X-Plan or Chrysler Affiliate Rewards Program.
