The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for:
* Collecting on charged-off debt
* Skip-tracing
* Outbound calling to our customers to determine solutions
* Negotiating and arranging acceptable repayment plans, which can include settlement offers
* Adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA)

We are looking for individuals who posses the following skills:
* Computer literate (Windows-based operating systems)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Able to effectively manage time
* Able to type and enter data accurately while speaking with customers
* Steady, consistent employment history
* Must have collections experience!
