Job Description
The Junior Metrics Analyst reports to the Senior Metrics Analyst and is responsible for supporting the eMarketing group, internal account teams and liaising with external vendors/media partners in the execution of tactical programs.
Responsibilities
· The primary function of this role is to support the Senior Metrics Analyst by creating, formatting, and analyzing monthly metric reports to demonstrate the value of the monthly marketing campaigns we deliver.
· Perform ongoing analysis and monitoring of client site performance, delivering recommendations to improve metrics.
· Create custom dashboard reports based on site goals to measure website performance.
· Analyze web analytics data as well as integrate offline data. Discover underperforming areas of the site; identify opportunities to improve site.
· Analyze SEM and SEO performance; create monthly reports and deliver key insights.
· Participate with account team to define web channel goals, key drivers and appropriate metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills
· Strong data skills and experience is a must
· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts)
· Advanced PowerPoint skills
· Web analytics background is a plus, as is familiarity with behavioral and attitudinal data sets like Google Analytics, Omniture and Web Trends
