Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and test new hardware and software for a global production network.
- Support the administration of servers, server clusters, network devices, etc.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
- Document network problems and resolution for future reference.
- Assist in help desk issue resolution and trouble ticket management. - Assist in maintenance of corporate IT/networking infrastructure. Minimum Requirements:
-Candidate must have experience implementing and administrating TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
- Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities.
-2+ years of network administration mandatory. -Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Current CCNA or CCNP strongly preferred. Must be able to configure firewalls and routers.
- Ability to lift, carry and move all components of PC workstations, servers, network equipment, peripherals, and other ancillary equipment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary. Education:
