Japanese-English Speaking Accounting Manager

Can you speak fluent Japanese and English? Do you have a background in Accounting? Our client is a successful international manufacturer, currently seeking an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will conduct and oversee department activities and liaise with Japanese speaking executives.

Requirements:

  • Must speak, read and write native level Japanese and fluent in English
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
  • Management / supervisory experience ideal
  • Strong skills to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
  • IBM AS400, VAI S2K software experience plus
  • Proficiencies in MS Office
