Japanese and English Speaking Stamping Engineer
Our client is an international company within the automotive industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Japanese and English speaking Stamping Engineer who can assist with cost reduction, increased production, and implementing management controls.

Requirements

• Excellent bilingual Japanese and English language abilities (written and oral)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, or a directly relevant degree
• Minimum of 3 years related hands-on experience with a background in electrical circuitry, lathes, mechanical presses and PLC’s
• Understanding of Japanese company business culture and practices
• Computer proficiencies including Excel, AutoCAD, or Lotus software
• Proven management or supervisory success
• Excellent communication skills to working with management, resolve customer concerns, and train employees
