PROJECT:
This candidate will be working on custom application development projects. This candidate will need to have strong knowledge of full life cycle custom Java application development. This will include both Front End and Back End development.


Required Skills:
5+ years of Technical Architecture Experience.

5+ years of strong software development background with Java/J2EE technologies.

5+ years Object-Oriented Programming experience.

5+ years of Agile or Scrum methodologies

5+ years experience in the following technologies:

Java Web Development using Tomcat 6.x and JDK 1.6, Apache Struts 2 Framework, Java Swing, AJAX, Java Web Services using Apache AXIS, Web UI layout and Styling using CSS, XML XSD Development, Web Services Security (SAML or other token based authentication), Oracle SQL over JDBC, TIBCO EMS/Business Work

Education Requirements:
B.S. or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area.


Non-Tech Skills:
Very strong Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interface well with clients
