Required Skills:
*10 or more years experience in applications programming; expert in Java and java related technologies.
*Must have experience with Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, Webshpere
*Strong Java OO development background with experience with J2EE design patterns.
*Strong understanding of relational databases. Experience with Oracle, and Db2
*Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements
*Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
*Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Consulting experience with a service oriented attitude.
