COmputing TechnologieS, Inc. is a Virginia corporation founded in 1992. CoTs is primarily engaged in information systems engineering through systems analysis, design and development, test and evaluation, and operations and maintenance of computer-based applications.

Our revenue projections show strong growth. We believe they will show even more growth because we are continuously competing for new contracts and follow-on contracts for current services.

Participating as a member of an application development team supporting Department of Defense integrated financial and personnel resource management systems.

 

Design and develop Web and Oracle database applications using JAVA technologies such as J2EE, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, HTML, Top Link, UML, Rational Rose, and Enterprise Architect.

 

Job Requirements

* 5+ years of software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming

* 5+ years with Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate

* Experience creating use cases and UML knowledge preferred

* Experience with Oracle desired

* Bachelors degree preferred

* Must live or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro area 

* Requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a National Agency Background Check.
* Must have some web server administration experience using Oracle Application Server.
* Knowledge/experience with JDeveloper, WebSphere, LDAP, and CVS a plus.
