We are currently looking for Mid level to Sr Level Java Developers for a contract position in Naples, FL.

The key to this position is 10/10 comm skills and hands on experience in Oracle ADF & BPEL. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop software applications
• Model software requirements, Design effective User Interfaces and Service Interfaces
• Create Design patterns within the Oracle ADF framework
• Ensure usability, deployability and supportability of produced software modules
• Produce documentation for design, development, and testing
• Extensive hands-on functional and technical knowledge is required

Experience

• 7+ years of designing and developing software applications
• Completion of a minimum of two full life cycle development projects
• 1+ years of Oracle ADF experience
• 1+ years  of SOA including BPEL and Web Services experience
• 4+ years Experience in J2EE, Java application design; Core programming skills to include experience with: JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, Portlets, XML, JavaScript ; Experience in defining and using templates, styles, skins, cascading style sheets
• 3+ years of Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g database experience
• 3+ years of PL/SQL experience
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, application architecture and development
• Experience in implementing web-based applications with Weblogic Server

Skills and Knowledge: 

• Proficiency in Java programming including J2EE, MVC pattern, and Oracle ADF
• Proficiency in Oracle database programming including database design, Oracle's SQL and PL/SQL
• Mastery in translating requirements, test results, user feedback, team directions, and company standards into application designs
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with user representatives and peers  in design and feedback sessions
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to respond to fluctuating requirements
• Ability to lead peers
