We provide on-going training, mentors, and FUN projects.

 

Primary responsibilities include all or a combination of the following:

  • Provide Application Development
  • Build new and enhance existing software applications
  • Analyze and evaluate IT projects
  • Foster Expertise in our client's IT staff
  • Meet with client business users and IT staff
  • Assist in developing training and support processes, as needed

 

Required Technical Experience:

  • 3+ years designing / building software applications
  • 2+ years Hands-on (J2EE/Java) experience
  • Proven track record accomplishing organizational goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solver

 

Preferred Technical Experience:

  • J2EE
  • Frameworks (e.g., Struts, JSF, Hibernate, Tapestry, Spring, or Acegi)
  • Bachelor of Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Technical Certifications

 

Additional Pluses:

  • OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
  • Knowledge Relational database design
  • Technical Certifications
  • Agile, (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming – XP) experience
